pakistan.gg collects only what it needs to run the record, your account and the Saturday email. It does not sell your data and does not show you targeted ads.

pakistan.gg is run by Moeez Ikram. For anything in this policy, email hello@pakistan.gg.
When you visit
You can read every page without an account. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful: pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser, and approximate location (country and city). Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. It keeps this data for up to 14 months.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland get Google Analytics without cookies: it sends anonymous counts only. Advertising cookies are off for everyone. You can also block Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or any content blocker.
Our host keeps short-lived server logs (including IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure.
When you create an account
- Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Discord or Google. Signing in with them also stores the sign-in tokens they issue. pakistan.gg never sees your Discord or Google password.
- Sign-in sessions: a cookie that keeps you signed in, with the IP address and browser of each session, so you can be signed out and misuse can be spotted.
- What you follow (games, players, teams and tournaments) and whether you want the Saturday email.
- A record of each Saturday email sent to you, so nobody gets the same email twice.
This is used only to sign you in and to build and send your Saturday email. You need to be 13 or older to create an account.
The Saturday email
The email goes only to people who turned it on. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can turn it off on your account page.
Who processes your data
- Vercel: hosts the site and its server logs.
- Neon: the database, in Singapore.
- Resend: sends the sign-in and Saturday emails.
- Google: Google Analytics, and Google sign-in if you use it.
- Discord: Discord sign-in if you use it.
Each one handles the data only to provide its service. None of it is sold or shared for advertising.
Your choices
- Delete your account on your account page. It removes your email address, what you follow, your newsletter settings and your sessions straight away.
- Ask for a copy of what is stored about you, or for a correction, by emailing hello@pakistan.gg.
- Players can ask for their real name, city or photo to be removed from their profile: see corrections.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. A change that affects how your data is used will be announced in the Saturday email first.
